This Wednesday in Maple Ridge, British Columbia took place Andrew’s
Ladd Stanley Cup rally. The Stanley Cup Car Parade started about 1:15pm.
Over 1,000 people were there to watch the parade.
Once the parade ended Maple Ridge City Hall and Hockey Officials made
speeches and then Andrew made a short speech as well. After the speeches
were over Andrew carried the Stanley Cup to the Official Stanley Cup
podium, and people went to take pictures and touch the Stanley Cup.
As soon as the line was created over few hundred people lined up with
some staying over 2 hours till they got the chance to touch and take
pictures with the Stanley Cup.
While people were taking their time to view and touch the Stanley Cup,
Andrew first had a private event for young hockey players and then came
out again to sign autographs and take pictures with the public. About
3 1/2 hours after the Parade started the entire event finished.
